CANCELATION POLICY
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee of $52/ PLUS TAX, Please allow us time to offer you a rescheduled date if needed.
All INFORMATION IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
We do require a cleaning deposit equivalent to 2 hours of service when booking your cleaning appointments. This deposit will be applied towards your total cleaning cost and helps secure your appointment slot. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will gladly reschedule your appointment if required. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. Deposits and payments are sent through e-transfer to CQSudbury@gmail.com. A 2.99% convenience fee is applied to all credit transactions.
