To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys and clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place prior to arrival.

No. Our cleaners may have alternative locations to attend to in one day between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured cleaners are provided with a spare key or garage code to gain access. The spare key provided is labelled in a methodical manner to ensure safety if a key happens to be lost or stolen. If we require an additional spare key, Clean Queens, Inc will cover the costs of the additional cut key.

During your online or in-person consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

No. We arrive with all of our Clean Queens, Inc bio-degradable, eco-friendly cleaning products and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and equipment to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call, text or email 72 hours prior to your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

During the event that one of your routine cleanings falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you to reschedule. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule and to provide the rescheduled cleaning in a timely manner.

All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of service. A $25 late fee will be applied to all past due accounts for residential clients and a monthly 4% interest fee on commercial accounts. If after 60 days payment is not remitted services will be halted.

Cheque payments can be sent through mail or left alongside the Client Book for pick-up. Please seal cheque in envelope and enclose within book.

We have found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard and we are committed to maintaining that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt that has built up over time.
