To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys and clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place prior to arrival.
No. Our cleaners may have alternative locations to attend to in one day between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured cleaners are provided with a spare key or garage code to gain access. The spare key provided is labelled in a methodical manner to ensure safety if a key happens to be lost or stolen. If we require an additional spare key, Clean Queens, Inc will cover the costs of the additional cut key.
While we cannot guarantee our exact time of arrival, we do offer an estimated time of arrival for your convenience.
At Clean Queens, Inc, we treat every single home we clean with the highest level of respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. We are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.

No. We arrive with all of our Clean Queens, Inc bio-degradable, eco-friendly cleaning products and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and equipment to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.
If you have any preferences in regard to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call, text or email 72 hours prior to your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
During the event that one of your routine cleanings falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you to reschedule. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule and to provide the rescheduled cleaning in a timely manner.
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of service. A $25 late fee will be applied to all past due accounts for residential clients and a monthly 4% interest fee on commercial accounts. If after 60 days payment is not remitted services will be halted.
Cheque payments can be sent through mail or left alongside the Client Book for pick-up. Please seal cheque in envelope and enclose within book.
Cheque – To be made out to Clean Queens, Inc, we accept post-dated cheques.
